Please note: while delivery estimates are generally accurate, these time frames are not a guarantee, as orders can be delayed by factors beyond our control once they have been shipped. For example, items can be delayed by weather conditions or by being held at customs and we would always recommend ordering as early as possible if your order is required by a certain date.
We are not responsible for orders not arriving due to an incorrect delivery address. Please ensure that your delivery address is correct at the time of checking out. If using PayPal, please ensure the delivery address loaded against your account is correct before completing the checkout process.
Please note: international orders shipping to countries outside of Europe may incur customs charges which are payable by the buyer. We are not responsible for any additional charges you may need to pay. If you are unsure about customs charges in your country then please contact the relevant authority prior to purchase.
Please note: international orders shipping to countries outside of Europe will have a customs information label stating the specific contents of the package, as this is a legal requirement. This label will be on the outside of the package.
International orders only: our postal service (royal mail) will pass your package to a different mail service within your country. In order to keep up-to-date with the progress of your parcel, we recommend you regularly monitor the tracking information provided to you in your shipping confirmation email.
UAE only: orders to the United Arab Emirates must be to a PO box and a contact telephone number is required. If this is not provided at checkout and we need to contact you to clarify, this will extend the time needed to process your order. If you are unable to provide the necessary information, you order will be cancelled.
If you wish to return an item, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of delivery.
Please note we are unable to cover cost of shipping when you return an item, and your original shipping cost will not be refunded unless your item was damaged in transit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
- Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
- The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
